It is motivation time!

Motivating people is my niche. I will be posting on this blog regularly so that all my blog followers would be richly blessed. Feel free to ask me questions you think I can answer and i will be happy to provide valuable information.

  1. Hi Jane, I love that you specifically used the words richly blessed in your opening post. I can feel the positive energy radiating from your words.

I do actually have a question you might be able to answer. I have Crohn's Disease, and it has affected my perception of my body image terribly. I have gained a lot of weight even though I can hardly eat anything, and there are are days I look in the mirror and think that there is no way that this body should be mine. I seem to be able to see the beauty in most people, but I can't seem to make peace with how I look and feel.

Best wishes, and I hope this blog is a huge success for you.

  2. Penny, as a motivational speaker, I have had the opportunity of listening to other motivational speakers doing the same thing I love. One that really struck me was when i listen to a beautiful lady saying "Always see your obstacles as stepping stones to move you up!" As i watched her on my computer screen, i said to myself "Has she really met obstacles? How can she say that?" As if my computer read my mind, the video moved from her trunk view which was before me to show me her full picture. Penny, she had lost both legs! she was walking on both prosthesis!! The loss of her two legs did not lower her self image, instead she used them as stepping stones to become a motivational speaker. The audience she was speaking to ranged from thousands to millions. Her faith in her self inspired me that what i make of my self image is the basis of how people see me. They don't know my story more than me, so i should make the best out of my story.

  3. The beauty is within, the thing is we tend to look at other... the outside appearence and we are one... Spirit and the image os Source/God. We are here to experince love, joy and happiness but we got cought up on material things and human laws which divide us and we lost focus on why we here, i am proud of what you are doing and we can rise above all these things, starting by accepting ourselves and love ourselves unconditionally, love your post thanks.

    1. I couldn't have said it any better! It looks like Jane John has us all being more in touch with ourselves and what we can become.

  4. I have a question about your blog. It seems very clean and sparse, what made you choose to go that route rather than cluttering it up like everyone else does. I think the clean look is more attractive and helps me think when I read your many motivational posts. :)

  5. How do you motivate someone when it seems that life is out to get them every day of the week and this goes on for a very long time when all they want to do is the right thing and get ahead in life?

  6. It is really nice to know someone is willing to listen and willing to give advice to people. I told my friend to check your blog he is one of the victim from the typhoon Hayain from the Philippines and I think with your positive aura can help them recover at least emotionally.
